What are the shipping and delivery times?

We ship directly from multiple warehouses/suppliers as soon as your order is processed. In the event of a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay of a couple of days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.

We aim to deliver your products within 14 days, however in some exceptional circumstances these times may vary. We will update you of any delays. 

How can I track my package?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company's website. Simply enter your tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

What if the estimated delivery time has passed, and I haven't received my order?

If the estimated delivery time has passed, and you have not yet received your order, please contact us immediately with your order number. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture of the damaged item and email it to us right away. We only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order, so it's crucial to notify us promptly.

Can I return my product for a refund?

Absolutely! We offer a 30-day, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return 

To initiate a return, please contact us via email or our Contact Us Page. Our team will guide you through the return process. Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, and approved, your refund will be automatically processed.
